Every single day of my life I am baffled by the human race. Why people think it’s at all acceptable to be as judgemental and rude about people they don’t know celebrity or a stranger-on-the-street, is beyond me.
People happily call someone who’s wearing something they don’t personally like ‘a complete prick’. Why, exactly? why can’t people be like ‘hey, i wouldn’t choose to wear that, but i don’t know this guy from adam and he should be able to wear whatever the hell he likes without being judged and hated on by a total stranger’. same with Justin Bieber, he’s a faggot and must have a vagina because… he’s genuinely talented? has done something awesome with his life? inspires many people?
What I really feel like saying is… please stop focusing on the negatives of everything and everyone, for the love of god, and focus on YOURSELF. as soon as you focus on what YOU love to do, you won’t care what other people are doing or thinking. nearly every decision we make nowadays is based on what other people think. in the nicest way possible… fuck that. have fun with YOUR life and stop focusing on everyone else’s! the sooner you put the focus on yourself, the sooner everything else won’t matter as much to you. in a GOOD way :|
